i bought gw special edition and it came with a skill pakc code , i added this code to my account and it says i have a pvp coupon , but it was meant to be 7 free skills and a few upgrades , can you tell me the problem?

Did you buy the original special edition (Prophecies) or the Factions special edition?

If it's anything like my Guild Wars Special Edition, it means that you visit a Priest of Balthazar and you can unlock skills and upgrades for use in the PVP game. You don't actually receive any skills or items in the Roleplaying game.
